The Opportunity

Adeaca is an innovative software company providing a first-in-kind project business solution called Project Business Automation (PBA) to companies around the globe.

PBA offers companies a full-fledged business system for project organization and business operations, giving them an opportunity to move away from inefficient manual processes, spreadsheets, and low productivity tools. PBA is revolutionary now in the way ERP systems were decades ago, fundamentally changing the way businesses operated.

Salary: $160,000+ DOE
Position Type: Full Time Employee, Monday – Friday business hours

The primary role of the Professional Services department is to shepherd our customers from antiquated processes into the modern Adeaca PBA solution, utilizing extensive business process reengineering throughout the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Professional Services will lead the business unit, taking on the challenge of managing the business process reengineering (BPR) and solution implementation projects.

This is a pivotal position ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence within the Professional Services Team.


  • Develop, implement and deliver BPR service offerings
  • Manage client engagements, working with high-performing teams to analyze, evaluate and fulfill our customer’s project business needs
  • Leadership of the global client implementation team
  • Build, develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain new hire training and on-going mentoring programs
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues
  • Define KPIs for performance management metrics
  • Build and maintain core methodologies and competencies for the team
  • Oversight of all implementation projects, ensuring high quality, on-time, on-budget standards
  • Executive Management

  • Budgetary planning and management responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business leaders
  • Monitoring and reporting status on all client implementations
  • Develop and implement process strategy and improvements through policy, procedure and documentation
  • Coordination and collaboration with sales, marketing, product, development and operations
  • Support internal collaborative and forward-thinking culture
  • Establish, implement and support communication processes and engagement expectations between internal team members and external project stakeholders
  • Pre-sales engagement with potential customers

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in management consulting from leading management consulting firm. Should be highly skilled and have a proven record in Business Process Re-engineering consulting services in large organizations.
  • 10+ years’ experience in project management of complex digital transformation projects and business software implementation.
  • 5+ years team leadership
  • Background working with high-growth SaaS companies
  • Demonstrated proficiency with strategic growth planning
  • Successful track record of delivering complex SaaS customer implementations
